      硫酸钠对高铁型红土镍矿中铁矿物还原的抑制机理

      Inhibition mechanism of iron mineral reduction in high iron type laterite nickel ore with the addition of sodium sulfate

      摘要:
      研究了硫酸钠对红土镍矿中铁矿物还原的抑制机理。结果发现硫酸钠能够改变铁矿物的还原历程,生成FeS和含铁的铝硅酸盐,使焙烧矿液相增加。液相的增加抑制煤的气化反应,减弱体系的还原气氛,同时抑制还原气体的扩散,对铁矿物的还原不利。 FeS和铝硅酸盐形成的液相包裹在FeO周围使其还原受到抑制,铝硅酸盐在包裹FeO的同时与其反应生成更多液相,对FeO的还原起到进一步的抑制作用。
      Abstract:
      The inhibition mechanism of iron mineral reduction in laterite nickel ore with the addition of sodium sulfate was studied in the paper. It is found that sodium sulfate can change the reduction process of iron mineral, with FeS and aluminosilicates containing iron generated, and make the content of liquid phase in the roasted ore increase. The increase of liquid phase suppresses the coal gasi-fication reaction, weakens the reducing atmosphere, and inhibits the diffusion of reducing gas at the same time, which is adverse to iron mineral reduction. FeS and aluminosilicates wrapping around FeO restrains the reduction of FeO, and aluminosilicates can react with FeO to generate more liquid phase in the inhibition process, leading to a further inhibition of FeO reduction.
