      论教育协同变革中教师领导力的价值、内涵及其培育

      Nurturing Teacher Leadership in the Context of Collaborative Educational Change:Its Value,Connotation and Methods

      摘要:
      为了进一步促进我国基础教育的优质均衡,多方力量协同进行教育变革目前已成为我国教育变革的主要趋势.要想顺利实施教育协同变革,必须充分信任教师的专业性,发挥教师对教育变革的专业引领作用,培育一支能够主动参与变革并有意愿及能力去影响其他教师的教师领袖队伍.文章首先论证了教师领导力建设对于教育协同变革的价值,并讨论了促进教育协同变革的教师领导力的内涵,最后提出了建设教师领导力的政策建议.
      Abstract:
      In order to further promote the quality and balance of basic education,collaborating different stake-holders for educational change has become the main trend of education reform in China.The paper argues that trusting teachers and making full use of their leading roles in educational change are vital for implementing such collaborative educational change,thus nurturing teacher leadership becomes urgent and important.The paper first justifies the value of teacher leadership in the context of collaborative educational change,then illustrates the connotation of teacher leadership for promoting collaborative educational change,and finally proposes poli-cy recommendations for nurturing teacher leadership.
