      热解炉温度随动控制系统设计与仿真

      Design and simulation of the pyrolysis furnace temperature servo control system

      摘要:
      热解炉是一种通过加热来分解物质,得到相应产物的设备,不同的升温曲线分解得到的产物也不同.基于达到输出温度曲线能够跟随给定温度曲线变化的目,该文采用了内模控制算法,对热解炉温度随动控制进行了研究.根据热解炉的升温特性,推导出热解炉温度控制的传递函数,并根据传递函数设计出内模控制器和内膜滤波器.通过Simulink仿真实验,得到了不同输入信号下的输出响应,实现了扰动信号作用下的温度随动控制.实验结果表明,该算法能够准确地实现热解炉温度随动控制.
      Abstract:
      Pyrolysis furnace is a kind of equipment which can heat material to get decomposition products. Different heating curves have different decomposition products. Based on purpose of output temperature curves follow the given temperature curves, internal model control is used to study the pyroly-sis furnace temperature servo control. Deriving the transfer function of pyrolysis furnace temperature con-trol according to the heating characteristics. Getting the controller of internal model control and designing fitter based on the transfer function. The output response is obtained under different input signals by sim-ulink, implementing the temperature servo control under the disturbance signal. Experiment shows that thealgorithms can accurately realize the pyrolysis furnace temperature servo control.
