      牵引电机送风机疲劳寿命试验计数装置的设计与实现

      Design and implementation of counting device for the fatigue life test of traction motor blower

      摘要:
      牵引电机送风机疲劳寿命特性直接关系到送风机的运行可靠性水平,是送风机的关键特性之一.在试验室条件下,风机寿命试验通过模拟风机的启动和停止来进行,启停次数是疲劳寿命试验的关键参数之一.该文基于电压比较器原理,设计了一个计数装置,对风机寿命试验过程中的启停次数进行计数.试验结果表明,该装置运行稳定,能实现正确计数的功能.
      Abstract:
      The fatigue life characteristic of traction motor blower is one of the key characteristics, directly related to the operating reliability level. Under laboratory conditions, the fan life testing is carried out by simulated start and stop of the fan. The number of start and stop is one of the key parameters of the fatigue life testing. Based on the principle of voltage comparator, a counting device is designed to count automatically the number of start and stop during fan life testing. Experiment results show that the device can run stably, and achieve proper count.
