      基于虚拟仪器的电磁涡流刹车测试系统

      Testing system of electromagnetic eddy current brake test bench based on virtual instrument

      摘要:
      该文阐述了试验台测试系统的原理和结构,详细分析了数据采集处理过程中用到的硬件和软件及其实现,基于虚拟仪器的测试系统是该试验台的核心部分.测试系统在测试完成后可生成完整准确的测试数据供工作人员分析使用.该测试系统的设计和方案较为完整,测试数据准确,为电磁涡流刹车的综合性能测试提供了良好的实验平台.
      Abstract:
      This paper expounds the principle and structure of test bench test system, used in the process of data collection and processing are analyzed in detail and its realization of hardware and soft-ware, test system based on virtual instrument is the core part of the test bench. After the completion of the test system in the test can generate complete and accurate analysis of the test data for staff use. The design and testing system of relatively complete, accurate test data, for the comprehensive performance of eddy current brake testing provides a good experimental platform.
