      基于ARM的现场总线过程控制仪表平台设计

      Design of fieldbus process control instrument platform based on ARM

      摘要:
      通过对过程控制仪表特点的分析,结合现场总线技术,设计了一种基于ARM的现场总线过程控制仪表平台.该控制仪表平台可以测量多种过程参量,从而实现对温度、流量、液位等过程参量的检测与控制,具有通用性强、硬件结构简单、软硬件可裁剪、高性价比等优势,具备广阔的应用前景.该文重点解决了仪表网络化设计问题,所设计的控制仪表平台,通信接口符合Profibus DP和CAN现场总线标准,可实现单机工作、多机组网、远程监控等功能.
      Abstract:
      Through the analysis of the characteristics of the process control instrument, combined with field bus technology, the fieldbus process control instrument platform based on ARM is designed. A variety of process parameters can be measured by the instrument control platform, thus temperature, flow, liquid level and process parameters can be detected and controlled. The instrument control platform has the characteristics of versatility, simple hardware structure, high cost and other advantages, and its hardware and software can be cut, which makes the instrument control platform has broad application prospects. The article focuses on solving the problem of the instrument network design. The communica-tion interface of the designed instrument control platform complies with Profibus DP and CAN fieldbus standard, which can achieve the function of single work, multi-machine networking, remote monitoring and others.
