      高炉炉身、炉腹温度在线检测传感系统

      The temperature of detection sensing system for blast-furnace stack and bosh

      摘要:
      以红外测温原理为基础,考虑到高炉炉身、炉腹复杂工况条件,提出一种针对高炉炉身、炉腹温度的在线检测方法,并通过软件实现系统温度在线检测.系统由热辐射传播介质、光电转换模块、无线发射模块、无线接收模块和上位机5部分组成.该文着重阐述光电转换模块的组成,从发射频率、CCD摄像机、灵敏度等几个角度进行分析,从而为温度在线检测系统提供理论依据.
      Abstract:
      It use the infrared system to consider blast furnace shaft and a complex bosh condition, and a method of online measurement is applied in those, and these are implemented by the temperature online detection sensor system. This system is composed of five parts including the heat transmission me-dium, photoelectric conversion module manufacturers, wireless transmitting module, wireless receiving module and upper computer. The part of photoelectric conversion module manufacturers is mainly dis-cussed , this online measuring system provide theoretical basis to the temperature from many viewpoints of emissivity, CCD camcorder and sensibility.
