      热电厂班组绩效管理系统在SIS中的设计

      Design of thermal power plant team performance management system in SIS

      摘要:
      热电厂的各项生产经营任务都是通过班组来实施完成的,班组的绩效水平直接影响着热电厂的经营效益、企业形象等诸多方面.因此研究热电厂班组绩效管理系统,对于提高热电厂经济效益,增强员工积极性都有着深远意义.该文主要围绕电厂运行绩效考核系统SIS架构设计、热电厂绩效管理系统部署设计以及绩效管理系统实现与测试这三大方面,在班组中实施以工作量化评分的绩效考核模式,通过基于SIS基础平台的绩效考核体系设计,研发出实时运行绩效系统,以达到更好的预期效果.
      Abstract:
      Thermal power plant of the production and business operation task is done through the team to implement and team performance level directly affects the thermal power plant management bene-fit, the enterprise image and many other aspects. So to research the thermal power plant team perform-ance management system, which could improve the economic efficiency, enhance employees enthusiasm has far-reaching significance. This article mainly is center on the three aspects:the power plant opera-tion performance appraisal system SIS deployment architecture design, thermal power plant performance management system design and performance management system implementation, to work in the team per-formance appraisal model of quantitative score through the performance evaluation system based on SIS platform design, research and development system, the real-time performance in order to achieve better forecast effect.
