      钢板桩围堰结构有限元模型优化

      Optimization of Finite Element Model in the Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdam

      传统的钢板桩围堰模型计算分析中,存在围堰约束不当和未考虑施工过程中存在'路径'效应的问题,即施工过程中模型结构、约束和荷载是在不断变化的,通常一次成型加载的模型分析与实际情况不符,分析结果可能存在较大误差,甚至错误.本文以某特大桥钢板桩围堰施工为例,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立包括土体单元在内的整体钢板桩围堰模型,得到考虑施工过程中'路径'效应的有限元分析结果,并与传统模型分析结果和监测值进行对比,验证优化后模型分析结果的准确性.
      Abstract:
      There are improper constraints and the problem of"Path"effect in place for the model analysis of steel sheet pile cofferdam at present.The structure and the load and the constraint condition of model are changing in all constructing process.If the construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam does not consider these change ,it may have a bigger error analysis results, and even errors.In this paper, two kinds of three-dimensional modal for steel sheet pile cofferdam are established by the finite element software ANSYS, based on the case of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction for a Super-long Bridge. One of the model is established by considering the construction process of"path"effect,and another not. In order to verify the accuracy of the model analysis results, the calculated results of the models are compared with the monitoring value.The results show that the whole steel cofferdam model by considering the "Path"effect has a good precision .
