      爆炸波在硬质聚氨酯泡沫中的衰减特性模拟

      Simulation of Explosive Wave Attenuation Characteristics in Rigid Polyurethane Foam

      将不同密度及不同厚度的硬质聚氨酯泡沫作为成层式防护结构的分配层材料,采用非线性软件LS-DYNA对平面爆炸波在其中传播时的衰减特性进行数值模拟,数值模拟结果表明硬质聚氨酯泡沫作为分配层材料对爆炸波具有很好的衰减效果,厚度越大,衰减效果越好,但达到一定厚度后衰减不太明显;密度的大小对爆炸波衰减有影响,但并不呈简单的递增或递减关系.模拟结果对于成层式防护结构分配层的研究具有一定的参考价值.
      Abstract:
      The attenuation characteristics of plane explosive wave in the multilayer protective structure distribution layer composed of rigid polyurethane foam is simulated by LS-DYNA software.The explosive wave attenuation characteristics in the rigid polyurethane foam under certain conditions is studied in the text by numerical simulation with rigid polyurethane foam of various density and different thickness as the material of distribution layer.The numerical results shows that rigid polyurethane foam as the material of distribution layer has a very good damping effect on explosion wave.The attenuation effect is better when the thickness is bigger,but the attenuation is not obvious after reaching a certain thickness.The size of the density of the rigid polyurethane foam has an effect on the attenuation of explosion wave,but they do not have the simple relations of increasing or decreasing.Numerical results will provide reference for the study of the multilayer protective structure distribution layer.
