      某真空容器室模态及地震响应谱分析

      Modal Analysis and Seismic Response Spectrum Analysis of Vacuum Chamber

      以某型号真空容器室为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立和简化真空容器室三维模型并导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对真空容器室的静态应力和10阶非零模态频率进行求解;利用SeismoSignal软件将El-Centro 地震数据通过傅里叶变换为频域地震波谱,导入Response Spectrum模块进行模拟地震作用下的响应谱分析,得到等效应力和方向位移云图.分析结果表明该型号真空容器室满足抗震性设计要求.
      Abstract:
      At the beginning of designing,the anti-seismic problems should be considered,especially in the Vacuum Chamber.We used the SolidWorks software to establish the three-dimensional model of Vacuum Chamber,and the model was simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The top 10 order non-zero modal frequency were obtained after the analysis.We used SeismoSignal software to changed the Seismic Spectrum from the time domain to the frequency domain by Fourier transform.Finally,simulation analysis of displacement response spectrum of simulated earthquake action was carried out,and the equivalent stress and the direction of displacement were obtained.The result shows that the Vacuum chamber achieves the design requirements of earthquake intensity.
