      复合微粉和聚丙烯纤维对再生混凝土抗冻性研究

      Experimental Study on the Effect of Composite Powder and PolypropyleneFiber on the Frost Resistance of Recycled Concrete

      摘要:
      通过正交设计试验研究了粉煤灰掺量、矿粉掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量以及再生粗骨料掺量这4个水平因素对再生混凝土抗冻性的影响,对比分析其质量损失率和相对动弹性模量,得出满足良好抗冻性的最优配合比.同时对最优配合比与普通混凝土(基准组)及全再生粗骨料混凝土(对比组)进行应力-应变曲线分析,检验优选结果的合理性.
      Abstract:
      The influences of 4 factors on the frost resistance of recycled concrete,including the mix quantities of fly ash,mineral powder,polypropylene fiber,and regenerated aggregate,were studied by the orthogonal testing method.The optimal ratio which meets the demands of good frost resistance was obtained by analyzing the mass loss rate and relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete.Meanwhile,the analysis on the stress-strain curves of concrete with optimal mixture ratio,ordinary concrete (reference group) and recycled aggregate concrete (control group) was carried out to examine the rationality of the optimized result.
