      散射透射比值法油分浓度传感器的研究和设计

      Research and Design of the Oil Content Concentration Sensor Based on Scattering-Transmission Ratio Method

      摘要:
      对用于测量船舶排放污水中的油分浓度传感器进行了研究.根据Lambert-Beer定律、瑞利散射以及散射-透射比值法等光学浊度法基本原理,采用直角双通道设计结构,测量油水混合物散射光和透射光的强度;利用散射-透射比值法,标定混合物的含量.分别对油分浓度传感器的软硬件电路和检测试验进行了设计.试验结果表明,散射透射比值法油分浓度传感器可以较好地满足船舶排油监控系统中相关指南、规范对油分计的规定.
      Abstract:
      The sensors used for measuring the oil concentration of the sewage discharged from ships are studied. The research is conducted based on Lambert Beer's law,and the basic principles of Rayleigh scattering and scattering-transmission ratio method, and optical turbidity method. By using the right angle dual channel structure design,to determine the intensity of the scattered light and transmitted light in mixture of oil and water;and by adopting the scattering - transmission ratio method to calibrate the content of mixture. The design includes hardware circuitry of the oil concentration sensor,software,and experimental and detection test devices. The experimental results show that the sensor using scattering - transmission ratio method can well meet the regulations about oil content metering specified in guide specifications related to ships oil discharge monitoring and control systems.
