      采煤机截割传动系统耦合动力学建模与传动齿轮啮合状态分析

      Dynamic modelling of the coupled driving system of a shearer's cutting unit and analysis of gear meshing states

      摘要:
      为研究滚筒式采煤机摇臂壳体变形及其对齿轮传动系统的影响,建立了摇臂壳体-传动系统耦合动力学模型.首先分别建立摇臂壳体、平行轴齿轮、行星齿轮、轴系、电机和滚筒等子结构模型,然后利用连接界面的变形协调条件将这些子结构耦合得到完整系统模型;在此基础上以某型300 kW采煤机为例,进行了额定工况下的截割传动系统动态响应仿真分析,得到了摇臂壳体变形状态及其对各齿轮副啮合状态(用啮合齿向误差衡量)的影响规律.对由壳体变形、轴承变形、轴系变形所引起的啮合齿向误差进行了溯源分析,分析表明双联齿轮的啮合齿向误差受轴变形影响最大,惰轮的啮合齿向误差受壳体变形影响最大.
      Abstract:
      A dynamic model coupling the ranging arm housing and gear transmission system in a cutting unit was proposed to investigate the influence of deformation of ranging arm housing on gear dynamics.The cutting unit was subdivided into the parts of ranging arm housing,planar gear,planetary gear,shaft,asynchronous motor and drum,and the dynamic model of each substructure was developed.Then,the dynamic sub-structuring method (DSM) was employed to get a whole system model by coupling the substructure models in accordance with the compatibility conditions between substructure interfaces.Taking a certain 300 kW drum shearer as an example,the overall deformation of ranging arm as well as its effect on the equivalent mesh misalignment under rated condition were studied.The deformation tracing shows that the equivalent mesh misalignment of duplicate gears is mostly influenced by the shaft,while that of the idle gear is mostly influenced by the ranging arm housing.
