      低开关频率下SVPWM同步调制策略比较研究

      Research on Synchronized SVPWM Strategies Under Low Switching Frequency

      在大功率牵引传动系统中,由于受到开关损耗和散热条件等的限制,逆变器最高开关频率通常比较低,一般只有几百赫兹,此时为了提高系统的输出特性,通常采用多模式调制策略。该文对空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)脉冲生成规律进行了归纳和总结,介绍了5种满足半波奇对称、四分之一周期偶对称和三相对称要求的SVPWM同步调制策略。通过对比分析5种调制方法的谐波特性,提出了一套适用于大功率牵引传动系统低开关频率条件下的多模式 SVPWM 调制策略,并分析了不同调制模式之间的切换原则。通过仿真和实验结果,验证了多模式调制策略的正确性和可行性,实现了不同调制模式之间的平滑切换。
      Abstract:
      In high-power traction drive systems, owing to the limit on switching losses and cooling conditions, the maximum value of switching frequency cannot be very high. Under such circumstances, we usually adopt multi-mode modulation strategies. The authors summarized the rules of space-vector-based generation of synchronized three-phase PWM waveforms with half-wave, quarter-wave and three-phase symmetries, and introduced five synchronized SVPWM strategies satisfying all the symmetries. On the base of analyzing five strategies, one complete set of multi-mode SVPWM modulation strategy is developed, which is suitable for the conditions of low switching frequency in high-power traction drive systems. At the same time, the rules for transitions between different modulation modes are proposed. Simulation and experiential results verify the validity and effectiveness of the proposed strategies and also realize the smooth transition between different modulation modes.
