新一轮国际知识产权规则重构下的中国选择--以知识产权强国建设为目标

Under the background of accelerative reconstruction of intellectual property international rules, this paper analyzes China’s basic attitudes and positions when participating in formulation of international intellectual property rules on the relevant international organizations, multilateral and regional platforms, as well as analyzes the opportunities and challenges when China participates in international intellectual property rules in the current situation. Combined with China's new situation of opening up and enhancement of the international competitiveness of China's intellectual property currently, this paper holds that we should be more positive to participate in the new round of formulation of international intellectual property rules, and puts forward suggestions from the two aspects of overall strategy and speciifc measures.
