      外源硒对谷子产量因子及硒含量的影响

      Effects of Exogenous Selenium on Yield Components and Selenium Content in Grain of Foxtail Millet

      摘要:
      对谷子叶面喷施亚硒酸钠,研究苗期、抽穗期和灌浆期喷施不同浓度硒对谷子产量及其构成因子的影响,以期确定亚硒酸钠的最佳喷施浓度和最佳喷施时期,为种植生产富硒谷子提供科学依据.以春播区常规种长农35号、夏播区品种冀谷20号和抗除草剂杂交谷子晋谷50号为试验材料,采用裂区设计,设置6个供硒水平,清水为对照,分别在谷子苗期、抽穗期、灌浆期进行叶面喷施亚硒酸钠.结果:与对照相比,适量的外源硒可以提高谷子产量,具体表现为随着施硒浓度的增加谷子产量先增加后减小,以喷Na2SeO3 67.84g/hm2处理产量达到最大.抽穗期喷Na2SeO3 67.84g/hm2处理晋谷50号、冀谷20号、长农35号产量与对照相比分别增加4.9%、4.6%和1.2%.喷施低浓度硒对产量构成因子有促进作用,过高浓度的外源硒抑制谷子生长发育,抽穗期穗长、穗粒重在喷Na2SeO333.92g/hm2或/和67.84g/hm2处理与对照差异显著,喷Na2SeO3 33.92g/hm2处理的株高与对照差异达到显著水平;叶面喷施外源硒能够提高谷子子粒硒含量,且随着喷施硒浓度的增加谷子子粒硒含量增加.喷施时期对子粒硒含量的影响为灌浆期>抽穗期>苗期,在摄入硒的安全范围内,灌浆期喷施亚硒酸钠67.84g/hm2,晋谷50号子粒硒含量达到0.297g/hm2,比对照增加8.6倍.喷施合适剂量的亚硒酸钠可以提高谷子产量和硒含量且对产量构成因子有增益作用,叶面喷施亚硒酸钠67.84g/hm2为最佳喷施用量.谷子抽穗期喷施硒对产量及构成因子有极大促进作用,灌浆期喷施硒可以显著提高谷子子粒硒含量.
      Abstract:
      In different growth stages,selenium (Na2SeO3) was sprayed with different concentrations to study selenium on millet yield components to determine the optimum amount of selenium and spraying time on foxtail millet,as to provide theoretical basis for production of selenium enriched millet.A split plot design was used in the experiment including Changnong35,Jigu20 and Jingu50 as test materials,six selenium concentrations using water as CK.Results showed that suitable concentration of selenium could improve millet yield with maximum under 67.84g/hm2 treatment.The yield of millet increased first and then decreased with selenium concentrations increased.At heading stage,under 67.84g/hm2 treatment the yield of Jingu50,Jigu20 and Changnong35 increased by 4.9%,4.6% and 1.2% respectively compared with the control,Spraying selenium had promoting effect on the yield conponents,but excessive exogenous selenium inhibited foxtail millet growth and development.Ear length and spike grain weight under 33.92g/hm2 and 67.84g/hm2 were significantly different from those of the control however plant height under 33.92g/hm2 was significantly different from that of the control at heading stage.The effect of spraying selenium on grain selenium content from high to low over time was filling stage>heading stage>seedling stage.Jingu50 grain selenium content was 0.297mg/kg,8.6 times higher than that of CK at filling stage and under 67.84g/hm2 treatment,The optimal concentration of foliar spraying sodium selenite was 67.84g/hm2 and filling stage was the best period of spraying time for increasing millet grain selenium content.In conclusion,the right amount of exogenous selenium could increase the yield and grain selenium content for millet,
