      中国药用植物种质资源迁地保护信息管理系统设计与实现

      Design and Implementation of Ex-situ Conservation Information Management System for Chinese Herbal Medicinal Plant Germplasm

      摘要:
      中国众多的药用植物迁地保护机构已经收集和保存了大量的药用植物种质资源.本研究在分析各类保存资源现状的基础上,利用数据库和网络信息技术,设计开发中国药用植物种质资源迁地保护信息管理系统,用于管理具有凭证信息的全国药用植物迁地保护信息,同时实现不同迁地保护单位独立管理、多途径访问查询、数据统计等功能,可为各单位合理布局药用植物种质资源迁地保护工作,以及各级管理相关行业管理部门提供决策参考.
      Abstract:
      There were many medicinal plant ex-situ conservation units which have collected and preserved a large number of germplasm resources of medicinal plant in China.Based on the analysis of the status of various types of preservation resources,we designed a medicinal plant resources ex-situ conservation information management system with database and network information technologies to manage vouchered plant conservation information,aiming to support different units to independently manage their own data,to offer multi-channel access query,data statistics and other functions,and help different units to better design their medicinal plant resources ex-situ conservation work,and provide decision-making supports to all levels of management-related departments.
